Absolutely gorgeous

I can not be more excited for my Mom to join the Attivo family. We have been treated with so much kindness from several employees and also a special Thanks to Scott Wallace for all the patience he gave us going back and forth between apartments, he even encouraged us to look again just to make sure! He really made my Mom feel better about her choice she made. Mom has had Dad by her side for 64 years, and doing this with out him has been hard, but she was smiling and excited for this new adventure in her life... Thank you

I am so grateful Attivo trail exists!My mom is moving across state lines for retirement and we've been seeking out a new home for her to enjoy. She is a teacher, therefore we need something she can afford. Several places around Des Moines are incredibly expensive requiring a $300,000 deposit plus a monthly payment - how can places ask for someone's entire life work?! Not everyone is a millionaire!I'm not only grateful for the affordable price for her, but also the community culture we experienced during our tour. Scott Wallace is a PHENOMENAL human being! He is so incredibly patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable with her new home. There were several residents enjoying the amenities during our visit who were incredibly friendly and outgoing. I'm very grateful I found Attivo trail online! This is the perfect home for a retiree who is seeking an independent living option without all of the hassle of homeownership. The building is new, beautiful, and just a short drive away from me. DEFINITELY CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!
