I worked here about 10 years ago. The staff I worked with were amazing and we all still keep in touch. The management was very involved at the time and I really enjoyed working there. I wish I didn't have to move because I would still work there if i were still in Iowa!

The place smells horrible and is unhygienic. Horrible service and they treat their staff (cnas) so horribly its sad to see it.

Management is very condescending, prejudice, and treat the CNAs as if theyre not human. They cant keep Staff around for long because theyre bullies and dont care enough to even give staff who sticks around through all the hell a raise. Management favors their white employees and its obvious to everyone. If you are a person of color do not waste your time here its very uncomfortable and hurtful to feel like youre not human and to constantly feel like youre being looked down upon everyday youre at work.
