I wouldn't put my dog in there. To much to tell why they are so bad. Nothing but lies were told to us. Please don't put your loved ones in Bickford! If I could give them a zero I would!

One of the receptionist was rude and didnt even answer my question!

Considering that we had to get my grandmother into memory care on extremely short notice in 2015 and really had no choice as to where she would go at first, we are so grateful that she ended up at Bickford. The staff has been so caring, right up to the end. The food was good, there were lots of activities to engage her and she was loved. A heartfelt thank you to the staff. :)
