Management cares more about their promotions and bottom line than the residents. Went to lockdown (somewhat understandable) without notice, and refused access to the family caregiver. When we wanted to remove the resindent they brought him out without a jacket or any personal belongings, had to battle to get the basics out of his room. Don't trust this company with your loved ones, they are not the priority. After 3 months of isolation we could see my father in law failing. Staff suggested he had a nasal infection. My wife and her sister took action, had him taken to the hospital, and he died from Covid-19 only a few days later. There was no info from the management about his decline, and even what seemed like resistance to having him seen. The only reason my wife noticed the decline was a visit through a window. Do not trust this management team with your loved ones.

No one had answers when I called, then given to someone else who was also taking calls on speaker. Never did get answers because put on hold. Not interested in a place like this. Update: I found a much better place. Hope you all get new management.
