I am so grateful that a very close family member has been in this facility since she started to need help. Everyone I have dealt with has been caring and concerned which has been so important to me. They have even shown concern for me and they didn't have to. I hope you don't need a facility like a nsg home but if you do and you are near Rochester I urge you to check it out. Just a few of the wonderful people I have dealt with are Crystal in the Business Office and Lana who is the Social Worker.

Came in for interview, wanted me to fill out another application. No one there to interview with at 2pm. Very bad urine smell when i walked in. Also dirty lunch trays still setting at nurses station. So I passed on interview.
