I have been a resident for 2 years a very rude lady named AMANDA should NOT be in the business. She does not know how to talk to people she thinks she owns the place. Not once did I have a problem with the previous manager, if there was a problem she knew how to take care of it. Im so glad Im moving out this month. If that rude lady continues to manage there I can guarantee there will no longer be residents there! The company should hire someone who will actually love the residents not see money signs on them! I will be calling HUD to complain I feel discriminated! I Do NOT recommend Gran Cielo to anyone!

The apartments are really great! Jocy is great at what she does. She makes us feel right at home. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff, Jocelynn makes sure you feel right at home! She is so nice and she cares really much about her tenants! She is more than a manager she is family.. They have an after school program and Lupita helps the after schoolers with their homework and the company provides great snacks! We can't forget about John, he is always on top of everything.
