This facility didnt give my father-in-law his medication, or check on him for two days. He was sent to the hospital and said he was lucky to be alive he was so dehydrated. As far as Im concerned they couldve almost killed him and didnt even care!

The telephone operator I spoke with was very nice. She promised to get someone to do a wellness check on a resident and followed through. She searched the van and found a lost phone for the resident. Kudos to her. She is the driver of the fan also. She did a great job.
