Do not send your loved one to Woodview nursing home. They do not answer call lights, don't answer phones, don't check on patients, not enough staff, food not good. They steal from the patients, or sanitize anything. they don't care.

My aunt is currently at the facility and to wait for a nurse to unhook the IV machine that she has to use 3 times a day. She feels trapped because she can never find a nurse to unhook it and flush it and put the heparin in it to prevent the clot. There has been many of times where she has had her call light on and no one has come. She feels like a prisoner when attached to the machine.

Beyond impressed with the staff who cared for my great aunt. She desperately needed therapy to home, and all the staff cared for her kindly especially the therapy department. We are happy, she is happy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the changes i see going on at the new elevate building Looks like the new management has made many improvements and the staff was kind and greeted me when i entered.Rehab looks amazing !
