My father-in-law has lived at Franciscan Court for 7 months now and we could not be happier! GREAT family owned business. The staff is amazing. My father-in-law gets the best care. They will do anything you ask. We love Franciscan Court!! To add to my post above...My father-in-law has now called Franciscan Court his home for 16 months. We could not be happier with FC. The owners, staff are all the VERY BEST!!! My father-in-law is getting the BEST OF CARE!!! Trust me, my husband stops in every day to see his dad and we have nothing but PRAISE for this facility. Love you guys!!

Worked as a Maintenance man here for about a month. This place is scary. The building is falling apart. In very bad shape. The owners are scary weird. Always scared and worried someone from the state will come and do an inspection. They are hiding freezers in the basement filled with old food they serve their residents. Employee and resident files scattered all over the basement floor in a room they keep hidden. The water supply has not had a back flow inspection since 2011. Legionaries anyone? When I said something to the owner about the water being tested he looked at me like I was weird. Was fired the next day. There is so much wrong with this place. How do they stay in business is beyond me. I am not a disgruntled employee. I am a concerned citizen worried about the people that have to live there. They all look scared and very unhappy to be there. Some were saying they are caged like animals. I hope all their hidden things get found out and they are either forced to close it down or bring it up to par. It is not fair for the residents.

My aunt is there, for over 6 years ,if yiu have unlimited $$$ funds, your treated like royalty, but when the $$$ runs out, your counting on Medicaid oh,oh, $$$,gone now, treated like pauper, different room dull looking 2 beds, share roommate now, not private, beware, check before you put any loved ones here food . Terrible, not for people who have illness, or allergies.

Franciscan Court in West Chicago is a little 'gem' tucked away in the area of Routes 59 & 64. It is family owned and the family is involved with the day-to-day operations. It is immaculate and the clients receive loving care from the staff. The nurse's (Jennifer & Kathy) are very caring and if you have concerns they are always ready to assist you. The food is plentiful and appetizing. After touring several facilities for my Mom, I found Franciscan Court to be very reasonable in price. A higher price doesn't mean better care! Every individual has different needs and if your loved one is no longer able to live safely at home, Franciscan Court is a wonderful alternative.
