Heritage Woods of Rockford

Heritage Woods has been so gracious with some of my family and friends. Yvonne really takes the time to understand medical and social needs and clearly explain the finances. If youre looking for a place that feels like home and has really good food, take a tour and see!

Our family is very happy with our fathers care from the nursing staff (as needed), the individualized attention to involve him in a variety of activities, and guidance from the administrative staff re: financial aspects during his transition to Heritage Woods five months ago. Downsizing to smaller accommodations is always an adjustment, and he now seems content with the ease of his new lifestyle. He looks forward to mealtime in the Dining Room as an opportunity to share common interests with others while eating. As expected, there was an adjustment period of a few months, but he is now participating in activities that interest him. He particularly enjoyed the Rockford Christian Fellowship Band playing at the facility and the outing to the Veterans Memorial Hall. The activity opportunities are wonderful; having a van provided by the facility is a big plus. Thank you, Heritage Woods staff, for all you continue to do for the residents!

My Mom has lived at Heritage Woods for almost 7 years, and loves it there. There are so many activities, which she enjoys thoroughly.

My mother has been at Heritage Woods for over 4 year. I have no worries about how she is treated there. She has lots of friends and the staff is friendly and caring. Lots of activities and mom loves it there. 90 never looked so good.
