Crimson Pointe

Though leaving her home and moving into assisted living was not the script our mom or we had imagined, health issues made it necessary. After visiting a few Rockford assisted living centers, we all agreed that Crimson Pointe was the right choice for mom. The location, facility size, apartment configurations, bright dining room, and nice courtyard ... plus the positive staff ... were factors that sold us. Now, four months-plus later, we all feel good with that decision. Mike was instrumental in finding an apartment that would best suit mom's needs and likes. She has settled in nicely and says, 'I am where I need to be!' Since neither of us live close by, Crimson Pointe and its staff have provided peace of mind for us and allowed mom a sense of independence in a safe, caring environment.

My dad moved into Crimson Pointe last May after suffering the loss of his beloved wife (my mom) after 52 1/2 years of marriage. He never wanted to move out of his home and he was struggling with his new reality. Mike & Bob were absolutely amazing in how they gently handled my dads situation and spoke to him with compassion and sensitivity. My dad was immediately put at ease and felt much better about moving into an assisted living facility after getting a tour of Crimson Pointe, seeing what would become his apartment, and meeting staff and residents. He has been living at Crimson Pointe for 7 months and he loves the staff, has made friends, and has become the Bingo and Blackjack champ! As his daughter, I cant thank everyone enough for the care, compassion, and kindness theyve all extended to my dad, as well as to me, throughout this entire process. We will forever be grateful to Crimson Pointe!!

My siblings and I just moved our mother into Crimson Pointe. We looked at many assisted living communities in the Rockford area but decided on Crimson Pointe and are very pleased with the results. While moving to an assisted living facility for my mother was not easy, the management and staff were very accommodating and made the transition less stressful. Because of the wonderful and caring management, caregivers and maintenance staff our mother has adjusted well to her new environment and is calling it home. We are so relieved to have our mother in a clean, safe and loving environment. Thank you Crimson Pointe!
