I visit my girlfriend frequently and all i can say is Avant is a super clean and well maintained property. I have had several encounters with the management team and Anthony and his team do such a great job at welcoming everyone to the community. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live in Lisle!

Apartments are very nice, the entire complex is kept very clean and maintenance is great about handling service requests. The office staff is also very nice and extremely helpful.

We love living at Avant. Just over a year ago we relocated to the area and basically stumbled on Avant. We were a bit apprehensive about apartment living, since we had been homeowners in another state, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome. There have been community events that are fun and really help us to get to know our neighbors. Recently Anthony & Brenton worked really hard and diligently on a rather complicated situation. They stuck with us, and the outcome was great. We are very happy to be living at Avant.
