Brighton Gardens of Wheaton

My company provides engaging activities & entertainment to senior facilities. This used to be one of my favorit communities when they had Tracey as their activity coordinator. But once she left, things went down hill, for both us and the residents.Ansel the current activity coordinator never responds to emails or phone calls. He always seems as if he's overwhelmed and in a panic... Makes everyone in the room uncomfortable. His lack of communication between him and us was constantly causing bookings on the wrong day or time. When told to confirm things with us via email, he did not and then would get upset with us when he never confirmed a date. Then he had the audacity to tell us we don't care about the residents, took us off the calendar then tried to hire my employees from underneath me. We took this to Amilya, the executive director, who proceeded to dodge our calls. Came in, 'wasn't in'.I will make sure anyone I know thinking of moving to a Brighton/Sunrise facility thinks twice.

I liked working here with the residents and most of the staff were warm and welcoming to work with.
