Brookdale Lisle

Nice clean place inside and outside, with lots friendly people ready to assist the elderly. They also have a few car garages on the North side of the building and plenty of outside parking spaces. The Lisle park district holds the eyes to the skies event right next to the Eastside of the building every year.

Our mother-in-law is at Brookdale in Lisle. It is a wonderful place for her with plenty of activities and we enjoy eating in the dining room. The staff is also very friendly. We highly recommend this Brookdale location.The one star review from a year ago must be a mistake and no reason was given for the poor rating.

My 85 year old mom stayed her for rehabilitation for her back and my 89 year old dad stayed in the Respite area as he wanted to be near her. The nurses and staff have been amazingly nice to them. I have watched how kind they are not only to my parents, but even to a difficult patient that was very agitated and loud. The nurses are very diligent and are always busy with care. The PT staff is also very good - my mom is not one to exercise and they motivated her and she really improved. My dad is weak and they would perform his Medicare PT for him alongside my mom. Great place as they are very caring and results-oriented. Melissa is very responsive and made the admissions process easy. My mom was against moving to AL after her stay, but due to my parents' health and abilities, it was the safest choice. Our PT coordinator and Tamika, one of the nurse practitioners held a family meeting and explained what the Dr. had ordered and my mom finally agreed. It helped immensely that the staff helped her understand. I hope we will not need to come back, but if we do, I am confident that my parents will receive wonderful care.

My father had a very good experience while he lived at Brookdale Lisle. He was always treated with respect and whenever he needed help with anything, there was someone there from the staff to help. The staff and the residents all seem to be happy and friendly whenever I saw them throughout the 2 plus years my father was living there. I would definitely recommend this place.
