Did my clinicals here for my CNA license back in 2014. To say the least, I was very impressed by this place, from the way it looks to the hard-working and awesome staff! I learned all I needed to know to pass the state test. I have met so many awesome residents and caregivers here! My favorite unit to work in was definitely memory care! I highly recommend getting a job here, or putting your loved one in here if you're looking for the right place! Big kudos to this place!

Hope your loved one doesn't run out of money. My mother is low on funds. She did qualify to get in. Now all of a sudden they seeking for VA checks. My father wasn't a va. They want to ship my mother to Medicaid. After $ 200,000.00.; can't get a honest answer from anyone there. Ms Buck lies through her teeth. Saying my mother needs more care. Since Mom's been in memory care

Our Mom moved into the Village at Victory Lakes this past summer. It was an adjustment from living in the same house for 52 years to a one bedroom apartment. It was so much better than we had hoped for. The staff at Victory Lakes are fantastic. It's December now and Mom at age 92 is quite happy and content. She can either dine in the dining room, which has fantastic restaurant style food, the Country Store which is like a Mom and Pop deli that serves sandwiches and such or she can cook in her full kitchen. It's very clean and smells wonderful throughout the building. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. What a great relief!!

I was there for about two weeks following major back surgery with complications. I can't praise the staff enough for their caring, kind and professional work. The nurses and techs were angels, and the physical therapists were marvelous. The facility is spotless and the food was quite good. I couldn't have asked for a better environment for recovery and rehabilitation. I highly recommend the Village at Victory Lakes without any hesitation. Make it your first choice.

My mother in law was sent here for rehab after a back procedure. Some of the aids and staff were wonderful and caring. Others were cold and totally unfriendly. But, my real issue was with the medical care. I was there with her every day from mid morning till bedtime. My mother in law did not seem to be improving. Rehab work was quite limited. After about a month she suddenly seemed to stop talking and couldnt express herself. I asked for the doctor to take a look at her. We waited hours but he never showed up. Finally a nurse told me that he said it was not his day to see her!!! I went looking for the doctor myself, found him doing paperwork and insisted he look at her. After some arguing he begrudgingly agreed. Moments after finally seeing her he called for an ambulance, but said nothing further to me & just left the room. She was transferred to Condell within the hour and died about 3 hours later. It was a stroke. Amazingly none of the nurses had noticed that something was wrong. Even though I told them, and it was obvious, her behavior had definitely changed & she was unable to communicate. After 2 years we are still devastated.
