my mom has lived there more than 12 years I have gone through so many supervisors in this and that saying that they're going to fix the parking lot people have fallen in the parking lot and twisted their needs people have have had things stolen almost every single day my mom stays in her room because she doesn't want the people going into her room we've repeatedly asked him not to do this I've gone over management several times they don't look at their cameras they say they don't want to take the time to take care for these people they say they're loving they're not very higher thieves and don't care about the people I took my mother out for her birthday and then they stoked again.

if you love your family member you would not send them here. The management staff and company dont care about the people themselves at all and avoid them at all cost. They let abuse and neglect go on and cover it up and constantly misdiresct people If your are thinking of working here, They constantly promises bonuses that are never given and push their employees away. They dont have any long term employees and they have no rewards for loyalty

Not happy with the head nurse Mary. We are appreciative of Tony and the nurse Laura. Unfortunately Mary is not helpful in making sure patient Information gets documentation and looking out for the members best interest for security and safety of the member.

I review this once and told of all the problems and how they are treating not only my mother but also how dirty the place is they have since then took down the review and somehow within the same week got five 5 star reviews ... yeah right ! Its ok I understand yall have to hide the real reviews to keep people wanting to live there but every time you take it down I will re review . Long story short bed bugs lack of concern for the elderly and I have and will call state every week with my concerns .

well i just recently got hired there about a week ago and i kid u not, i got bit by a bed bug within the first 3 hours i was there. i barely sat down and one was on my shoulder. State was there AND the health department and when i just called to ask about my 7 hour check, she tried to get smart and tell me its unprofessional to bring up the bed bugs. Its unprofessional to hire someone and not tell them the conditions they will be working and i REFUSE to work in a place thats INFESTED with bedbugs esp at the rate they pay i wasnt going to say anything at all but since she got smart and tried to call me 'unprofessional ' i think my comment will help others and state and health as well. I think my work lawyer would like to hear this as well.
