Not clean, extended care patients arent cared for properly. Employees need customer care training. Nurse at nurses station talked to patients rude. Talked to non patient's pretty rude too. Smells horrible.

As an out patient for hip replacement therapy the facility is less than 5 miles from home and has experience personnel to provide assistance and direction to my strength training. This is one of my shop local services that could be done at a lot of places arround but here the money paid for physical therapy is in return being spent in our community.
