The office staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were not sure what to do or what options were available for my father-in-law. But Zach and his team were able to answer all of our questions and provide resources that allowed my father-in-law to have excellent end of life care. I would highly recommend Interim for anyone needing help for their loved ones at home. Thank you again, Zach!!!

My fathers care has been excellent since he started with Interim almost four months ago. His health is improving greatly under the care, love, and attention of his personal care workers. I never worry about people not showing up for work. Their caregivers are honorable, hardworking, and skilled. Josh, part owner, is not only a good supervisor, but seems to personally care for his clients.

I cannot bring myself to give this healthcare agency, even one measly star. I dont feel like they earned it. I was employed with this company for a little while. ( And before anyone thinks I am some disgruntled worker) it was more then a year ago since my last day with the company. The management is ridiculous and know nothing about what its like to actually work, work in the homes of these elderly people to depend solely on us caregivers. In my own experience I took care of a couple. One having sever dementia and the other needing constant care as far as doctor appointments, and very demanding on times. They refused to pay me for the two, I was preparing 3 meals a day, all doctor appointments, all cleaning, all laundry and the two of them, one being very confused, often times attacking me and became very physically abusive...to which I was told (ya, she gets that way sometimes) I barley got paid $11 per hour. Thats $5.50 per person, for a 12 hour day! Never did I complain, I showed up, I did the work and I took the beating. At one point I had no choice to call and ask for some help, as the lady was very abusive toward me and her husband. Zach told me to hide from her for the rest of my shift...(6 hours) then he became angry with me, and yelled at me because I called the ladys daughter (who over the last few months was able to calm her down) he told me I should be smart enough to handle the situation without going over his head. And had the audacity to tell me that these people bring in a lot of money...we do what they say....that was the final straw for me personally, it shouldnt ever be about the money. But the quality of life these people have within their own homes...they shouldnt ever be made to seem like cash cows. I personally refuse to work for a person whos words dont match actions.

I have worked for Interim HealthCare for a little over a year now. I just want to say it is the best company I have ever worked for. Zach, Tom, Ashley and Kristi are the greatest supervisors and very professional and caring even with clients. Also, the clients I have worked with are great. I wouldnt want to work anywhere else!!

More issues than I can begin to list. It was great at first but having 3 months of only 8 hours a week exhausted my financial status to null and void. Being told their isnt any hours but they hire more help? Then call you in..okay great I need hours...but hold on I need to find a babysitter..' well you have five minutes to find one because other people will take the hours' was the last straw. They charge anywhere from 20+ an hour and most get only 10$ an hour. Then I give my two weeks notice..wouldn't deposit my check, they sent it in the mail.definately much happier at TLC home health. They pay better and dont let dementia clients hit you and then make it your fault when you are bruised up. I have pictures from the bruising also. Stay away. So glad I left there.
