Its been one year since Mom and Dad moved in. The staff and management have been really good, both respecting their privacy and successfully encouraging them to participate in the community. Mom and Dad are very safe and comfortable.

I have worked at Evergreen for a little over 2 years now. I've also worked at, and/or visited, other Assisted Living communities in the past, and Evergreen by far tops them all. The building itself is beautifully built and decorated. The tools and resources we have are state of the art. What really sets this place apart though, are the people. I'm lucky to have a wonderful, talented team in my department, but across the board, each member of the staff truly cares for the residents and consistently goes above and beyond for them. It amazes me every day.It doesnt feel like 'going to work.' Each day I come in, I feel like I am just visiting and helping my family--and in reality, that's what we're here to do. Our residents and coworkers ARE our family, and they can all attest to that as much as I can. Blessed to be a part of the Evergreen/Heritage Family!
