Attention to detail, quality of care provided, ease of communication via the interactive website (it's great for long-distance family members to receive daily updates and communicate questions or concerns about the family member), and professionalism of the managers. We have worked with another agency, and find Home Instead to be more efficient and effective with our Dad. Laura has won him over, and we are grateful!
