I am writing this review one day after my father sadly passed away at Church Creek. While he was only there for less than a week after suffering a stroke on Christmas Eve, I was very grateful for the compassion, attention and care he received. We experienced a 'team approach' in which my father came first not the job description. I spent a lot of time researching SNFs because I anticipated that this would be where by beloved father would spend his last days. I am writing to help others who are searching for guidance and insights into this very tough decision. While no SNF is perfect, I was happy with our choice and appreciative of the staff.

LOVE this place. Nice, clean, updated facility. Staff is extremely accommodating, food is fabulous, more affordable than most senior housing options. Independent living with add on services options available works great for us. in house doctor and nursing services are wonderful to work with. We couldn't be happier!
