Grace Memory Care

Ive been with Grace Meridian for 3 months. My administrator is awesome and the team is like a big family, My coworkers are my rocks. The residents are happy & cared for in a personal family type atmosphere...

I have work for Memory Care for about 14 months . It's a wonderful place to work for we have great managers excellent care we do what we can for a residence. Our residents are first priority I feel at home when I come in to work. Communication is one of our big thing. Come on and bring your loved ones here we will always have our welcoming Loving Arms waiting for them.

I have been here at Grace for 3 months. I love my crew and our residents. Its a very rewarding job, and my managers are the best.

Overall, they have taken good care of my family member. There were a few instances where we felt simple things were being neglected (make sure she had tissues, brushes her teeth, etc), but conversation with the new administrator took care of that pretty quickly. The former administrator (now long gone) was pretty absent, and we were glad of the change to the new one. I will concur with another reviewer that things go missing. But other things magically appear. Important you go into memory care facilities with eyes wide open and expectations set (no valuables, or just be aware that what is left laying around may disappear, not by bad intent...some residents just don't know who owns what, or think things are their own, etc).Facility staff is friendly and caring. They inform promptly of any issues and help with the needed queues she needed. We are getting set to move her to the new facility in Boise/State Street (closer to our home) and we hope things go as well!

Wow! What an amazing Memory Care facility!! Every time I visit, the place is absolutely spotless and the staff is so friendly and professional. You can rest assure your family is getting the kind care needed and I loved seeing all the fun activities and musical guests on a daily basis...... It's a relief to know that such a great place exists in Meridian.
