As a previous staff member, I would not recommend bringing your loved ones here. The management is unreliable, the staff is inattentive and ill-mannered, and the residents dont receive adequate care. It was very disappointing to have worked for a company that was so careless about ensuring that the residents are given the proper care they need. Both the management and staff treat the residents as though they are negligible. This is not the place you want to take your family members.

My mother has been a resident here for almost 2 years. I live very closeby so I pop in at all times throughout the week. Every single time I visit, I see very attentive, loving care coming from the staff members while treating each person's needs with kindness, understanding & respect. It takes very special people to deal so professionally with such a wide array of personalities, from the residents & their families, who individually come from many diverse backgrounds & lifestyles. Trying to blend all of that together & meet everyone's concerns is extremely difficult, but the staff at Spring Creek, from the director to all of the other very talented team members, give 100% to that effort. I feel totally confident, secure & at peace with the care my mother receives from her 'helpers' at this stage in her life. She tells me how much she loves them & can't say enough about how much they do for her. The facility is always very clean & feels very homey at first glance. The kitchen staff does an awesome job of creating menus & various dishes. I've had other family members in similar facilities in the past & this one has shown me the best of the best. I couldn't be more grateful for their support! Highly recommended!

I have nothing but high praise for the love and care shown to my mother during the 7 years she lived at Spring Creek Ustick. After falling in her home and breaking a shoulder in 2011, she realized she could no longer live by herself (my father had passed in 2005). Spring Creek Ustick had just opened and, after taking her to visit the facility, she fell in love with it and decided it was where she wanted to move. After she chose her apartment, we moved her furniture in and, in a short time, she was 'home.' She quickly adapted to daily life at Spring Creek, enjoying activities, building new friendships with other residents, and looking forward to her weekly hair appointment in the in-house salon! The Spring Creek staff was phenomenal, taking good care of her every day, as they do with all the residents. They dispensed her medications on time, cleaned her apartment, or simply stopped in to visit when time allowed; they were friendly, loving, personable, important people who made a difference in her quality of life, which brought great comfort to all of us in her family. Staff also took time to get to know our family, and answered any questions or concerns we had. Kim, the facility Executive Director, always treated us as family, and spent much time interacting with Mom, as she does with all the residents, making them all feel special and loved. Failing health overtook Mom in her final couple years and, when she passed away in late 2018, Kim and the staff showed great compassion and love, and went above and beyond in helping us deal with our grief...putting together a Memorial Service so Mom's Spring Creek friends and the staff could say their goodbyes. We will continue to sing the praises of the loving professionals at SpringCreek Ustick and deeply appreciate them all for who they are and what they do.

When we first checked my father in law here we felt pretty good about this place. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, plus we had heard from others how much they liked the staff and facilities. Near the end of his stay, his fees were raised dramatically and the level of care we felt was not very good. Not sure if staff changed or what but we were not impressed. Eventually he was asked to leave to get a higher level of care and we moved him to a different facility. At the end of the day we learned a number lessons. 1) Understand what level of care your loved one needs, 2) Understand the medications they recommend and consult your physician to understand the side effects 3) compare other services, get referrals from friends, ask about staff turnover 4) know that nobody will take care of your loved one better than you - you must be their advocate. 5) if you see or smell something you dont like dont hesitate to alert the director and follow up with an email to have a paper trail. There are many at this facility doing their very best, its up to you to decide the best care.

I worked there and love the family environment it has in these locations. Employees have been there for a while and really really care about their residents
