Ensign, has confused the well run operation of this place...with a very busy turn over,...the help is low in number with no incentive to go the extra mile...the lady that initially evaluated, and accepted us has been replaced 2 or 3 times....no NURSE on premisses around the clock...the food is the cheapest with little consideration of the aging having difficulty chewing the overcooked inferior choices....the facility is older but clean and spacious.

This facility is absolutely terrible!!!!! The Executive Director, Business Office, and Nursing Director all ran like hell from this place because of the cheap, uncaring, corporate management running it into the ground. Several reports of abuse, neglect, mismanagement of funds on the part of the corporate office, Idaho Dept of labor violations, terrible facilities with multiple building code violations, staff sleeping on shift, smoking instead of providing residents with care, stolen narcotics, aweful food being cooked in a filthy kitchen....need I say more? Dont even think of placing ANYONE here!!!!!!

Prices have gone sky high,Not much for residents to do there. Quality and portion of food is rated fair to poor. Frequent turnover of lower staff and of higher staff. At least it's safe.

When ensign took over they killed the place and everything good about it.. It has suffered massive turn over and has gotten increasingly lower scores for everything each year
