Bentley Senior Living at Northminster

This place is horrible! If I could give a zero rating I would. We had my mom there for less than a month, they let her fall at least 5 to 7 times in the few weeks she was there. They would not take her to the hospital, they always called us and had us take her. My sisters and I took turns going to check on her everyday, She was supposed to be on oxygen, but we would go to check on her snd the oxygen machine would be turned off or the tubes would not be in her nose.Please, do not even consider sending your love ones here!! They should be shut down!

Never allow your loved one to be here. Simply firing people for videoing a dead person is beyond horrible. They should have went to jail. I hope you never stay open.

I called The Bentley to schedule a tour..I left a message to the Coordinator & she returned my call promptly! I spoke to another staff member to set up the time & she was very, polite and professional!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THESE COMMENTS THO..MY GOSH..I remember the incident from the news but I have NO hesitation to not still tour & pray my mother becomes a resident!! Over & over Bentley's spokesperson explained these 3 former employees were terminated..their background checks were good..they had only been there a short time AND the facility did everything to retrain & address cell phone usage..etc..etc..HOW CAN ANYONE TRY TO TARNISH A PLACE BECAUSE OF 3 EVIL PPL..THE THREE DID NOT REPRESENT THE MISSION & CORE MORAL & VALUES OF THIS FACILTY..AND ONE COMMENT SAID HE MADE 'ONE' CALL & BECAUSE HE 'FELT' THE PERSON WAS RUDE...GAVE A BAD REVIEW!!! HOW CHILDISH!! HE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A CHANCE..PROBABLY BECAUSE HE WASN'T REALLY SERIOUS!! SMH..So very unfair to try & scar any business because of bad apples..and in this case; fooled the whole hiring process! Bentley acted immediately & appropriately!! This incident could happen to anyone..And if you allow these 'distorted opinions' to sway you from touring the place..then you're weak minded!!! Look at the facts!!!! I will be touring the facility and I love my mom to pieces..They came highly recommended..It looks from the pics to be a beautiful place...And again..I saw the news reports but NO ONE should place blame on the administration and/or the integrity of their staff by actions of new employees that clearly were evil..but again; their criminal checks were clean..they were properly trained..etc..etc..There's so many sick ppl in this world..Now these 3 have been exposed & probably flipping burgers that you eat once a week...How's that for a thought!!! Nuff said I look so forward to meeting you all at the Bentley Senior Living Home!! Blessings Alene
