They discriminate against people who use scooters as a medical necessity mobility device. Horrible. Just horrible.

I have a friend who bought into Fountainview at Gonda Westside in Playa Vista. I dont want to make trouble for my friend, but Im appalled and disappointed in what residents get for the money theyve put into it. Fountain is expensive. It doesnt provide a ride service for residents to go around town, not even to the shopping center or theater not more than a mile away. If Fountainview cant afford their own shuttle service, they need to ask the Play Vista shuttle to make a stop at their location. For visitors, the valet service is a joke. The valet is so slow, cars just pile up in front. They have a hair and nail salon, but no one to fill positions of stylist or manicurist. The thing that irks me the most is that doors dont automatically open. You cant depress a button for doors to open, something that would be useful for the fragile....in a nutshell, Fountainview charges premier prices and the residents arent getting what they deserve.
