The residents are not properly taken care of. They are often seen wandering the local streets. All the positive reviews are from the owner's family members. There are much better alternatives if you are seeking a personal care home for a loved one .

The patients/residents do not get the proper care they need and the manager is definitely not professional. There are better options in Bainbridge for your loved ones. I don't want to see any locally owned business fail, so I pray they get their act together before that happens or we see another innocent person gets hurt.

My step dad was fed only oatmeal, bologna, and hot dogs for 2000$ a month the owner would also taunt him saying haha your going to a nursing home.... He also had to pay one of the staff 20$ to check his blood sugar.... And they force feed him sleep meds and benzos to sedate him we are fighting the courts to get him out of there it's scary he was hit by other residents and had to call the cops several time
