Arbor Terrace at Crabapple

My mom has been at Arbor Terrace at Crabapple for almost a year and a half, and we have been so thankful for the love and tremendous care she receives each and every day. With the current Covid crisis, we have rested easy knowing she is safe and well cared for by the fabulous staff. Mom is happy, healthy, and very well fed - she always talks about how good the food is! Each and every staff member is kind and caring, and they go out of their way to make sure things are done right. A true blessing!

Words cannot describe the immense gratitude me and my family have for all the love and care you gave to my mom, Carolyn. In just 3 short months, during this unprecedented time, you treated her like family and gave her respect, that each of us deserves and needs. You were also so kind to me and always made a point to ask me how I was doing. You became my family too and I will always hold each of you in my heart and keep you in my prayers. God Bless.

My mother has been at Arbor Terrace Crabapple for almost 3 years now. She started in assisted living and eventually needed to transition to memory care. The staff and management at this facility have gone above and beyond to meet her needs on a daily basis from the beginning. The staff is kind, respectful and well trained on how to assist and speak to residents with memory impairments. They offer many activities throughout the day to keep residents busy and moving. During COVID, management quickly put into place stringent guidelines and safety procedures to keep the residents safe. They communicated the steps they were taking to the families immediately. Obviously they had to stop visitation to the residents to keep them safe from the virus so they took extra care to offer FaceTime or Zoom calls for the residents so the families could stay in touch with their loved ones. The Director sends weekly videos to the families with updates on all aspects of the community to keep us informed. When we had to transition my mother to memory care the staff took care of everything and made the transition smooth for mom and us. When we call or visit the facility everyone is so kind and respectful to the residents and family members and it appears to me that all staff members know the residents personally. My family has a great level of comfort knowing that our mother is well taken care of at Arbor Terrace.

I speak only of your staff at Evergreen at Arbor Terrace at Crabapple. As a husband of one of their residents, i have spent many hours daily, at Evergreen, as a matter of fact, i honestly believe that they wished i would miss a day. During those many days and hours i observed, intermingled and associated with staff and residents. Additionally i have held many positions in many parts of the country and have had two tours of active duty in the Navy during my ninety plus years on this earth. Even with that history, i can honestly say that this is the finest and most dedicated group of people that i have ever met. I would have been proud to have served with each and everyone of them. My Mother in Law moved to Arbor Terrace Crabapple in March. My MIL is like a mother to me and I was excited to have her move close to us in a place that truly look after her daily needs. She is enjoying her social life and the great care everyone there provides for her. We are all blessed.
