My mother in law has lived at Aravilla for over 2 years. We cant be more pleased with the caring staff, engaging activities, lovely surroundings and excellent communication with management. We highly recommend Aravilla to anyone looking for a top notch community for their loved one.

This is Kay, not, as the header indicates Richard...! He of course tells me he wants to come home. He appears to be content and I always get a great smile. So I do miss him but with the great staff and care, Aravilla is doing a super job, just to keep him smiling .

There is nothing negative to say about Aravilla. The staff is caring, smart , organized and compassionate. The communication with the families about daily life and the response to Covid 19 is consistent and detailed. Their handling of the threat of Covid 19 with their residents has been remarkable. My mother is happy and safe at Aravilla. They do everything possible to help her navigate any situation that occurs in her life, whether its medical or the social connection to her family that lives up North. Whenever I call Aravilla with an issue, they respond quickly and I feel go above and beyond to resolve it. The surroundings at Aravilla are clean and pretty ! I will always be grateful to the staff at Aravilla for creating a loving, upbeat and safe community for my Mom.

Terrible place from all points of view. When it came to being with my father as he was living his last moments, Carol told us we 'have abused our visits ' which she curtailed to an hour daily. Carol, you have failed one of your residents in his final days of life by denying us the right to be around him as he was dying. For this alone, you are truly a horrific human being who is only concerned about appearances and legality. I hope the staff you fired will bring suit against your facility. Whomever owns the place, should get rid of you at once !

Patty and Jen took excellent care in providing the best possible options for my Father. Aravilla is the best Assisted Living facility in the greater Sarasota area! (I looked at 6 others). It feels like a beautiful hotel with all of the amenities of a home environment and more. Beautiful pool, plenty of social activities. Fabulous tv lounge with bar like area for socializing. Highly recommend Aravilla for your loved one.
