CERTUS Premier Memory Care Living

My father lived at Certus for a year and a half. He was one of the first residents- and at the time it was a great, loving, facility. As his time at Certus progressed, the service diminished EXPONENTIALLY. The staff was grossly undertrained, but more importantly, the administration was rude and had little desire to help the families, and their loved ones, establish a healthy and happy life. My father was overmedicated, medications were switched sporadically, new meds were administered- without weaning him off the strong, antipsychotic meds. It was a disaster. The administrators threatened baker acting my father, multiple times, because they simply werent trained to deal with dementia. A pretty interior- does not make for a good memory care facility! DO NOT send your loved ones to Certus! I am thankful every day that my father has passed on, so that he doesnt have to deal with Certus and the life they provided for him there.

Beautiful faculty and facility!

Have been trying to get my grandmother on the phone at this facility for the past 2 weeks. Left voicemails at the front desk. Filled out the contact form on the website. Called dozens of times. Unprofessional at best.
