I applied here for a job didn't get hired because I accidentally called the hiring manager ma'am instead of sir I didn't mean to call him ma'am I was nervous

My Granmy has all kinds of complaints about living here.... It could most definitely be worse though...

You walk down the hall and Mold on the ceiling tiles and dirt on them ac down the hall way's is 83 degrees because no one fixes them, they have been broken for month's now. the hall way's are getting hot.you get to see one of the maintenance man Paul1 jump in his car Everyday and leave especially on weekend's when the manager is not here,but that is normal for him,But this is a Everyday thing must be nice to get paid to leave work and sit on the table in the hall way and do nothing and still have a job i don't understand how a manager does not fire someone like that. Maybe they need a new manager who would do his job?employee who does nothing but sit around all day by the front desk,or in the middle of the hall ways all day on the table's talking on phone..they cant fix the place but have money to have a employee sit around.now your left with one maintenance guy working by him self all the time,only person I have seen painting the hall removing ceiling tiles trying to make the place look better,Hope you Guys don't lose Paul2.they finally put in new floor's in the dinning room looks good. They could not even finish the rest of the nasty dirty hall ways look like crap.I'm out of here I cant take it no more.good luck coming here
