Waiting for hours to have bed sheets changed for a very vulnerable patient who could not speak up for himself. Terrible!

Patients with urine soaked pants, filthy bathrooms in rooms of patients with infectious diseases. Nurses and staff very rude and careless (except the receptionist at the front door). When visiting my aunt pressed the button to call the nurse, after 20 minutes a nurse showed up turned off the red light and left without even asking if she needed anything.

My mother was here for rehab for 2 weeks. My family supplied her food as nothing they brought her was edible (especially since they kept giving her her roommates menu not hers). Staff did not respond to call lights. Placed my immune suppressed mother in a room with a contagious person. Never got Mom up, which is the reason for rehab. PT and OT were great. But would NEVER send a person here just because of them. PT/OT is very brief part of stay. One aide threw my mothers things across the room saying they were in the way. No one washed their hands before or after dealing with patients. Hope to see them inspected as I dont think they would pass.

My dear friend has been in this place for two weeks and has lost 10 lbs!! I've had to supplement the tiny portions, but really the food is so ill prepared and disgusting that it is hard to stomach, even these small portions. We're getting the hell out of this place. Deserves a zero but the way Google has this set up one cannot leave a review unless at least one star is selected.
