Brookdale Lake Mary

This very nice sitting offers newly painted interior remodeled exterior and provides a comfortable climate to all residents. Everyone seems very friendly; they work with the residents to make sure their say at Brookdale is filled with enjoyment, daily activities keep everyone moving with something to doWorking with the Management there, can be a challenge!So far so good!________________________________________________**Brookdale Update: 02/14/2020. Time has changed our minds... What a nightmare!!! This facility is run like the 3 stooges' are in charge! Our billing every month is continually incorrect. etc., etc. 'My advice...look else where! WOW!__________________________________________________***We have reached out to you many times and have found you to be very unprofessional and vindictive! Give me a BREAK!!!

Dining manager is extremely rude to residents. I'm not sure how and why she is managing this but with that being said .People complain to directors and nothing is being done about it .I think my next step is corporate.

We chose this community after much research and many visits to assisted living centers in Seminole county. As a retired social worker, I look for certain things while the staff is giving a tour. I noticed all the residents seemed happy and well cared for, the staff seemed to know EVERYONEs name and engaged with them on a personal level. There were small groups of people hanging out together, rather than sitting sadly alone which seems to be so often the case. Mom has lived here a month and we are so pleased with our choice. This can be a stressful life event, but mom settled in nicely, everyone knows us and staff is available and approachable ( even going beyond the call of duty pretty frequently). Clearly this is not just a job to most of these folks and it shows in the level of compassion and care. Lots of activities for body mind and spirit, and the food is really Healthy and nutritious and tasty from an actual chef in an actual kitchen. We could not be happier with our choice.

I absolutely love being the Executive Director at this community! Making a positive difference in the lives of all those we serve is so rewarding each day
