I had such a great experience with Kaitlyn Roberts she has great customer service skills. She is always there for you even when you dont need her , shes makes sure the patients are doing great. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. This company is so lucky to have such a great employee who really cares about the patients. Thank you for your hard work and taking great care of me and the other patients. Kaitlyn constantly exceeding expectations and happily accepts any task or project, however difficult it may be. She deserves a raise for excellent service.

I was a team member for two years and I highly recommend this facility. Everybody works very hard for the residents. Good nurses (skills and knowledge), awesome cna's, very friendly kitchen staffs and housekeeping, and very helpful and approachable management/supervisors. 5 star for I have witnessed the worst wounds got healed because of their best woundcare nurses and residents abled to walk again because of their best physical therapists. Above all, residents are all sweethearts which make it a wonderful place to stay.

I was brought to Englewood Health and Rehabilitation late afternoon December 29, 2018. After spending 5 days in the hospital for severe dehydration and dangerously low potassium and magnesium levels, following a fall at my apartment. Upon arrival at EHRC, I was unable to walk and could not stand without assistance for more than 5 seconds. I am so thankful and grateful that I asked to be brought here! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, here is unbelievable. So much so, I had intended to personally name everyone that has assisted me, but was so afraid I was going to leave someone out. My last day will be Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Suffice it to say, I could not even believe it myself that I would go from sitting up in bed, to wheelchair, to Walker, to cane, to walking with no devices in less than 25 days. Even though my personal goal was to be living independently in my apt., again. I never could have imagined such quick and great results. I will say I did my level best to listen and adhere to all instruction, and direction that PT, OT, Doctor's, Nursing, Dietary, Hygiene, Activities, and ALL staff members provided, to get the best results possible. I am so impressed and greatful for everyone here, that once I get some things taken care of at home, I am looking forward to coming back to volunteer in anyway possible. In my 48 years living in Englewood Florida, I have never experienced such a fantastic group of sincerely dedicated people all together in one place! I look forward to seeing you all again very, very, soon.Very Sincerely Yours,Brian McNutt
