Liars. They use a model in the pics but when u arrive they are nothing like it. Drove 11 hours and paid everything upfront. What a mistake. Kitchen is nasty and SUPER SMALL and no storage anywhere! Dont move here!!!

In response to their reply.... the one open pool is absolutely packed during Covid... excellent. Whoever decided it was a good idea to plan a pool renovation during June in Florida is a special one...Both pools have been closed essentially since we moved in. Its the middle of June in Florida now. There is no excuse for this. This place has amazing views, and they really bank on that because they dont keep anything else up.

I lived at Carlton Arms of Bradenton for about 2 years while attending school in Bradenton. Always have paid my rent on time and was an exemplar tenant. Unfortunately, my school was cancelled due to the pandemic and I had to move back home. Apparently they require a 60 days notice and I could not given that since I did not know beforehand I would be moving out. I was 3 weeks late to give my notice and they are charging almost $1,000 for 'insufficient' notice. It is at times like this that you really see where a company's values lies. No mercy!

Danny in Maintenance needs a big shout out because he's such a conscientious and thorough worker. He never lets us down, is always on the ball and is polite and professional -- and bonus... he's capable! I don't have a lot of issues but when we do, I'm always glad to see Danny when I answer the knock at my door. Too often reviews are about the negative, but for me, it's just as important to mention the good so that mgmt knows which workers are valued and appreciated by residents. Thanks, Danny!

Between AC issues that took 6 months to fix, rat issues that go ignored, trash pickup issues leading to bugs infestations, constant laundry room issues, amenities being closed for long durations, and everything in between, this place is not what it used to be. I couldn't wait to get out.
