I love this place because I feel safe here and everyone is so friendly and we have lots of things to do. But it's just beautiful all year round.

They do a lot of things right in Colony Cove...A lot of very nice folks living here...But that was eleven months ago and although the nice folks have not ALL moved away, management is following CDC guidelines so most of what homeowners pay for monthly is now very restricted...So buyer beware...

Very well maintained retirement community. Beautiful views, parks, boat dock, marina, multiple pools and fitness centers. Centrally located. And near a very beautiful Anna Maria island Beach
