Ashley Manor Memory Care

The care staff at Ashley Manor is wonderful, Liz the house manager has gone out of her way to make my grandmother feel welcomed and and part of a family. Liz has gone out of her way to create a special bond with my grandmother and is able to help her in difficult times. Liz also keeps lines of communication open with family and has been able to help us at all hours of the day. As far as the house goes it kept clean and always feels welcoming.

I'm very thankful for Ashley Manor, they take great care of my dad, laugh and joke with him. That is priceless to me for a man that has dementia and is still getting use to his new residence. I love the idea of it being a group home more one on one care and not just a name in a 300 person facility. The communication with the staff is great, always letting us know of my dads good and bad days.

I would like to give Ashley Manor 5 stars, mostly because of their employees that work there. Liz Martinez was one of my father's caregivers. She not only took care of his personal needs but also was a great companion and invested in making sure his days were filled with fun instead of leaving him to sit or wander around. Thank you Liz for loving Robert and for giving us peace in knowing that he was loved by the caregivers at Ashley Manor.

My mom spent the last 5 years of her life at Ashley Manor - Parfet. She was always well cared for at this facility. The staff is kind, caring and loving to the residents. Liz is wonderful! They understand the needs of resident's suffering from dementia and the facility is secure. They always kept me informed on changes in my mom's condition. It always felt more like a family home than an assisted living facility. They recently remodeled and purchased new furniture and it is always clean. The home cooked meals are healthy and mom loved them.

First to start this review off they actually deserve zero stars for what my grandma had to go through we would be here for days on the list of how my Grandma was tookin care of over at this memory care home! She was only there for three months and we could NOT bare to keep her in there any longer they have a manager named Liz who is a young lady that is very immature she is a huge liar she feed us all kinds of lies just to shut us up and the main boss Carrick justifies her lies and backs her up and makes all kind of excuses for her! she has not been held accountable for what has happened to my grandma there should be consequences for her actions! My grandma had 6 falls in three months that we know of she had numerous of bruises all over her body with the employees never knew how she got them she fell and had gotten a hematoma from the fall on her rear they didnt even notice, she also received a pressure ulcer on her tail bone from sitting on her rear to long with need of proper care to heal but how could it heal when shes sitting in a peed depends all Day soaked through her clothes! Including my grandma had uti cause they never took her to the restroom and she was sitting in a peed depends numerous occasions I know I went there more then often! My grandma lost three pounds in one month her pee was also dark yellow almost brown cause they werent giving her any water in my eyes that is neglect I am beyond pissed about the facility and they should be investigated we took my Grandma out on Christmas Eve and she had two huge lumps on her head and one of them was a gash on the lump it was bleeding then again they dont know how it happened they always dont know what happened and the main boss carrick just backs them up and makes all these excuses on why all this bad stuff was happening to my Grandma they do not do any of the things they say they do on there website no activities whats so ever they actually do nothing with them they sit there all day watching tv! We came back from a hospital visit @ 330am and the employee that was suppose to be watching them over night was sleeping on the floor in the office with a pillow and blanket that is putting all the elderly people at risk! if you love your family member I would suggest you not put any of your family members in there care!
