This is what I have seen and experienced working at Ashley Manor 2. The inside has a country look. I liked the size of the place. Loved the residents and their families however they had poor management, not enough caregivers per shift. Pots and pans needed replaced. Cutting boards stained needed replaced. Food kept in pantry was not properly contained or neat. Bread exposed not properly sealed. Pantry very disorganized couldn't find food you needed due to that. Refrigerators dirty and needed cleaned. At one time it took them five days to fix the hot water heater so for five days no hot water. Their dryer has not worked properly for close to two months. So clothes piled up. Upper management only cares about their bonuses instead of replacing stuff that needs replaced, like the dryer, pots and pans, cutting boards ect. They have for the most part one staff per shift. Then they expect one staff to cook, do all cleaning, make all beds, get residents up and dressed do laundry with a dryer that doesn't work. Give meds do activities this is what the expect from one caregiver. Then they are to cheap to pay caregivers what they should so they have a high turnover. Caregivers quitting. Then a very young women was hired to be house manager. She hasn't the clue how to be one. She kept rearranging the schedule to suit her need without asking the other staff she did this so she wouldn't have to work Christmas. They are very deceitful and will even lie to the caregivers. I tried to hang in only for the residents but after awhile I got so disgusted with how they ran that house. Residents and caregivers deserve better.

My mother has been a resident in Ashley Manor, Northglenn, House #2 for a year and a half now. I highly recommend this facility as the staff is always kind, caring and pay close attention to the residents and their needs! There is a tremendous feeling of family among all the residents and their families. It is a fun and loving atmosphere for everyone! Thank you so much to Brandi and the Staff!!!
