The staff is rude and hateful. My mother has been there all of 2 days and has cried her eyes out bc theyre talk disrespectful to her. One specifically whom I will be talking to her overhead. This place should be shut down.

It's a nice clean facility, and they have an awesome physical therapy staff there now that works with the residents. Great Housekeepers that keeps the facility very nice and clean. The only downside is several shifts are not fully staffed, always working understaffed. Lack of Communication from the RCC. And the Pay! There are employees that complain of working there for over 9yrs and still making $9/hr. This place have some Awesome CNAs and they should get paid what they are worth! Very high turnover. Need more Communication! Better Pay! And Appreciation!

My mom was here for a couple months before she passed. The staff is inconsiderate. They refused to help my mom get to the dining room for meals even when she asked for help. Her room was changed a couple times. Each time they tore pictures off walls and threw them in boxes. They wouldn't help find things afterwards. She would call me crying about the staff at least once a week. Being 4 1/2 hours away all I could do was call and try and speak to rude med techs. I drove up every weekend so at least those days she had help. After nor talking to mom for about 10 hrs only to be told she was sleeping (yeah right) I called her hospice nurse who went over and sent her to wake med (which is also a lousy hospital). After being sent to wake we find out eventhough I called for them to wake her they didn't. She was out of it do to high co2 and ammonia levels. If they bothered to check on her they wouldve known without me calling hospice. After 14 days in the hospital she was placed at secu hospice house and passed 7 days later. I can't help but think we may have had a little more time with her if they payed more attention to their patients and didn't let them sleep through breakfast, lunch, and dinner...
