My mother-in-law moved out Jan 1st, 2020 after living there for 2.5 years. We walked a staff member through her apartment to confirm it was empty and in good shape, and turned in the keys. Atria still ACH deducted a January rent from her and when we pointed out the error they took nearly 2 months to straighten it out - partially. They also deducted $330 saying they 'pro-rated' her rent for several days of January. They have ignored multiple attempts to get the situation rectified and we feel they clearly don't care. There are much better options in Longmont - look elsewhere.

A close friend of mine's father stayed at the Atria. The care he received was horrible. They neglected him terribly, which lead to his demise. Afterward, they pointed fingers and placed blame elsewhere. The family never even received a condolence card. If you are looking for good care for a loved one, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

THIS place is a corporate farm. They treat staff like slaves. Everything at atria is simply a number . Sick we live in a country ruled by corporate power greed and pure inocent people treated like live stock cattle to protect the message profit collected and horded. Management and everything down the line just a tool for corporate destruction of valuable human life. God have mercy on my soul . just to be clear atria doesn't deserve 1 star . that's automatic the same way atria automatically takes away from life on earth.

We needed to get my mother into assisted living, and Atria was by far the most welcoming and well-run facility we saw. My mom moved in last March and hasn't been happier since! She is in the AL side - kind of early to mid-range assistance. My mother no longer has to clean or cook, and has plenty of friends and activities to keep her pretty active and busy! Whenever we visit we meet more great people who my mom depends on, like Dale, Madonna, and Derrick. Atria isn't perfect, and their financial charges are higher than I'd like for my mom. But they're dedicated to keeping quality of life high for their residents, and especially those with memory issues, as my mother has. They follow a wonderful philosophy which is reflected in their dedication to thoughtful food by a known chef, daily exercise classes, and musical and other activities to keep the mind sharp and attitudes happy. I can rest easier knowing my mother has such a great staff taking care of her.
