The staff is awesome and it is a beautiful community. I have had a parent living there since opening and could not be happier.

Balfour is considered a Senior Living Facility but it would be more accurately described as a Senior Living 'Family'. From the supporting staff to the nursing staff they are absolutely the best, most loving and skilled group of people I have encountered in this business. My father needs, deserves, and even demands a very high level of attention, and that is what they consistently provide. He is thriving in his new home with plenty of activities and even new friends. He has had four prior respite care stays at other communities, none of which even slightly compare to Balfour, which is obviously why he desided to stay. They not only provide excellent care, but they genuinely care for their residents. We are forever grateful to them for all they do for Dad every day.

All of the staff are lovely and so helpful. The community itself is engaging with lots of meaningful activities and support. Management is responsive to the concerns and feedback of residents and families - and the building and grounds are beautiful and well kept.
