Because its not corporately owned, it runs smoothly and they really care about their staff. We are short often but there is always a high turnover in this line of work. All caregivers could stand to be paid a little better, but this place is by far better than Brookdale. I worked at Brookdale first and experienced working over 16 hours because they were so short...and no overnight nurse. I have a special place in my heart for the Gardens and always will!
