A nurse that works here - Khris Agnos - don't let her assist any one you love. Shes nasty and extremely rude. She speaks down to people and treats people extremely bad. She's very entitled and nasy. I wouldn't trust her with anyone I cared for. Not a nice human being at all. Go elsewhere if you care for your loved ones.

My experience at this facility was a blessing during a difficult time after a major spine surgery, when extensive recovery and rehab support was needed. The staff was attentive and worked very hard adjusting any needed changes to provide maxim benifit for my healing to advance. However, the food could use some improvement. Not only was the nursing care exceptional, the on site physical therapy facility was excellent. The individual care I received from the knowledgeable and supportive therapist provided a progressive recovery. My experience was so positive I continued with out patient rehab after returning home. Thanks Four Corrners for all the wonderful care!

Some of the staff are very disrespectful and straight up rude. Even worse when you run into them at the grocery store or walking down Main Ave.The smell of urine and feces permeates the facility. No AC, I hope you like it 88 to 90 degrees inside in the summer. The food is worse than any school lunch I've ever had.There are a few people on staff that mean well and do a good job, but much more that obviously hate their job and take it out on people that stay there.

What a wonderful experience and such a surprise. Having to recover from a fractured leg I needed to be in a nursing home for three weeks. On every level I have been delighted and impressed with consistent first rate care from knowledgeable RN's, Aides and ReHab staff. Durango,CO can be well proud of this needed facility. Even the food was healthful and varied.
