I read a few of the reviews for this property and wanted to put my 2 cents in. This property does have cameras throughout the common areas inside the building and ALL the cameras do work and monitor all those areas. We do not have a security guard on duty as for most apartment communities. There is an amazing staff that is friendly and caring to all that enter the building. This building is over 20 years old and still has original residents in part because they love where they live and are respected. All I can say is, go visit this property and meet the staff and judge for yourself.

Horrible staff, nosey neighbors, no security, no privacy. Neighbors listen to other people's private conversations standing in the hallways while residents are in their homes. Also, they gossip non-stop about each other. Tenants have things stolen near the doors. There is NO security guard anywhere. It's very unsafe. They claim to have cameras, but only the main entrances are on. The mgmt is horrible, very nasty, and aggressive. She'll hunt you down and gut you like a fish. She has also threatens tenants with eviction.
