Although it has only been a short time, I agree with Kelly McMahon. We moved my mother to Highland Trail, and I am so please with our decision. My mother is still getting adjusted to the changes, but she is enjoying the friendships she is making with everyone and said the food is excellent! Staff is really great and the Residents are very happy and friendly that I have met! I look forward with a long relationship with Highland Trail and highly recommend it!1/2/2019 Update: My mother has been living at Highland Trail almost a year now. 2018 was a tough year for mom, but in the last 6 months she has been doing very well and has made quite a few friends, does some of the activities and is really enjoying living at Highland Trail. Staff is great and she loves her apartment! Very nice place and not sorry at all that we were lucky enough to have mom there! Highly recommend Highland Trail.

The Broomfield, CO, location has an employee by the name of LYNN who should never be in caregiving and/or management. Her personality is gruff and unfriendly and is never helpful. Please explain why you keep her employed.
