Greenhaven Estates Assisted Living and Memory Care

. Staff is very unprofessional with phones out during working hours. When In need of assistance, sometimes they are not to be found. Always introduced to new management, now thats very concerning. I do not feel comfortable with loved ones staying here due to inattentiveness, unprofessionalism, and continuous change of management.. Management needs to get it together. Staff needs to be trained more efficiently and add more staffing for patient care. They always looked overworked and tired. Dont put your loved ones here!

I have a family member who has resided at Greenhaven Estates for 4 years. During this time the Director turn over has been atrocious. I believe there's been close to ten different Directors. Residents and families begin to get to know and get used one director and then they are gone. This ridiculous turn over rate is very hard on seniors and creates instability and chaos to an already vulnerable population. The employee turn over rate for the entire staff is unbelievable and clearly this is a company problem. Greenhaven is often understaffed and employees are likely overworked and/or not properly trained. What is Frontier Management doing to retain highly qualified staff? What incentives and support are employees given to want to stay in their positions? How are qualified staff hired and trained? What is the evaluation process for current employees and resident satisfaction? Also, what is currently being done to address the high turn over rate for all employees? The senior population is being taken advantage of and often needs are neglected or suffer a severely delayed response time due to being understaffed or under-qualified staff. Change is difficult for many seniors and constant changes are detrimental to their emotional and mental well being. Current residents are not happy with high employee turn over, care and overall management. How will this be addressed?

I had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director Andrew yesterday. He was very knowledgeable of the community and answered my questions about the services the community offered. I would definitely recommend this place.

I would never put my family at this facility. You have a RCC Luna who is not qualified and can't do her job correctly. You have med tech that drop meds and give it to residents. The AL is turning into Skilled nursing. They don't have enough staff. And estee the ED can't do her job. She just sits down all day and eats. Residents medications go missing from narcotic locked box in Memory care. Now you have Raj the maintenance director sleeping with his housekeeper nicki. What a mess
