Best staff & loving environment. L & S is family oriented & small enough to customize the program for YOU.

The owners of Love & Serenity are cold and heartless. The food is terrible with little to no nutritional value. The home is dirty. Prescriptions were given incorrectly. Licensing was there frequently and citations were issued. We met with them about the issues on more than one occasion. Then the day after my dad passed away they informed me they were raising my mom's rate by $1,150 a month. Seriously...they couldn't even wait a few days? A week later...one day after my dad's funeral... they moved a dying woman into the room with my 85 year old mom. The same room my dad just died in a few days earlier. I sent numerous messages but they don't care. The woman was yelling and cursing non stop. My mom had just lost her husband of 60 years but they had no conscience or sympathy. We moved her to new care home yesterday even though it meant having to pay for two carehomes since they require a 30 day notice before leaving.

Love and Serenity is a elderly board and care. By far this is the BEST Carehome in Sacramento area. The staff are wonderful. The owners are nicest people in the world. The backyard to this careho.e is like a park!Beautiful. Owners own other carehomes as well. Love and Serenity set themeselves far from any other competitors when it comes to Care services.

This care home is the best. The workers and bosses are great! This place is a great place for your love one to be at. The caregivers are super nice and will provide unconditional love for your love one. All of the elderly people who live here are well taken care of. The care home is clean and neat. The elderly have a lot fun here and they do a lot of fun activities. I would recommend this care home for your elderly loved one.
