Bella Sera Skilled Nursing Facility

This review is NOT about the care of the seniors here. I am making no claims of knowledge of any of that.What I do know is that if your looking for a place to give back and help those who came before you and donate your time to the elderly look elsewhere! I went to RRH Human Resources and talked to Armondo and was treated like a criminal. He was very condensending and flat out RUDE. I can understand why they need to be protective of them, but I've heard this from more than one person they make it hard to help.So the next day I get a call from Armondo and he tells me there is NO openings yet Joy who runs the program told me different the day before,Make up your mind! I hope so people get to help these poor older people, but they will not get a personal job who does care. Like so many things here in Ridgecrest, you have to know someone prior to any hope to be of service.Don't waste your time. Volunteers are not needed, unless you know someone

Believe me when I tell you that this facility cares for their residence, They have many great nurses, nurses aids, house keepers, ladies in the activity center, PT,OT, The DSD, the DON including people from the kitchen. This place has changed in many ways. This facility is here to help anyone that needs the help. My husband recently was station here and to me it was a culture shock in the beginning but I have to tell you everyone here is amazing. I highly recommend this facility

Staff is always friendly and kind

Bella Sera have some amazing staff. They are a team. If I come in in the morning or at night there CNAs are always smiling and working hard. When you call you will always here a warm greeting from whomever answer the phones. Good job Bella Sera
