These people cut corners so hard. The caretakers are awesome, but the higher-ups are the ones running this business. That's all it is to them. Business. They cut the hours, cut the employees, and try to skirt by with the bare minimum. It's a front. They draw you in with nice furniture, and then these people paying $2,000-$8,000 are getting shorted care. They need reform and badly.
