I have been a patient/customer of BrightStar Manhattan Beach/Torrance for four plus years; I have been a patient/customer of a couple other BrightStar locations but have chosen to stay with the Manhattan Beach/Torrance location for several reasons. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they put me first. They are accommodating to my specific needs. They show that they care about me not only as a patient/customer but as a person. I mainly see one infusion nurse, Brittany, but on occasions have had different nurses, Angela to name one; all nurses I have come across with the Manhattan Beach/Torrance location go over an above in the way they treat me. I am confident that whomever they send me is capable in putting my needs first and getting the job done in a timely manner without any distress and/or hassle on me.

I was really apprehensive about having a health service and a nurse come into my home, but was forced to by my insurance after one of my medications was changed to infusion. First there's Heather and Emily in the office who go above and beyond to coordinate appointments and message me sometimes even after hours to make sure that my medications arrived. Then there's Maria my usual nurse who's amazing personality and years of experience just put me at ease, and it feels more like a friend who comes to visit once a month. With all the bull I have to deal with the pharmacy getting all of my infusion meds and supplies and authorizations with insurance and the doctors' offices, dealing with Brightstar every month is a breeze and they work around my schedule and any bumps that inevitably always do happen. I wish I could rate them higher than five stars

BrightStar Care is wonderful. Ive been a patient for 3 months, and I so appreciate my nurse and the staff. My nurse, Jo, is very caring, friendly and always professional taking the time to answer my questions and making sure Im always comfortable. I had anxiety about needles and through her patience and interaction with me its become a smooth experience . I so appreciate her. The office staff also are extremely courteous and accommodating. I had to reschedule a visit a few times as well as needing an earlier than scheduled visit due to some problems and they handled with no issues. Heather and Emily are excellent to work with and always have a willing attitude. Thank you, BrightStar Care!

BrightStar has been such a blessing to my mom, sister and I for over a year now. Caregiver Marivel treats our mom as if she is her own mom getting her to walk which my mom never went out walking before even though her Dr. said it would help her tremendously and it has, helping her with showers, making her wonderful healthy lunches, organizing her clothes and food so that when Marivel isn't there it's easier for mom. We are very happy with the BrightStar staff as well. When we have a question or concern they are quick to answer or resolve whatever is needed. Thanks BrightStar for easing my mind and helping me know mom is in good hands when I can't be there.
